Setup Guide

Please check the setup instructions for your device.

For iPhone

Before Departure (At Home)

Wi-Fi connection is required for setup

Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM

Add eSIM from the Settings screen.

Use QR Code > Scan QR Code

Add eSIM using the QR code.

Activate eSIM

Follow the on-screen instructions to activate.

Setup Complete

The setup is now complete.

At Your Destination

Wi-Fi connection is required for setup

eSIM Settings

Turn on eSIM and select it as the default line for mobile data.

Added eSIM Settings

Select the newly installed eSIM plan, turn on the selected eSIM line, and enable Data Roaming.

For Android

Select Network and Internet from Settings and click [+].
Select Add eSIM.

Scan QR Code

Scan the QR code.

At Your Destination

Wi-Fi connection is required for setup

Turn on eSIM / Enable Mobile Data

Turn on the added eSIM and enable mobile data.

Enable Roaming

Turn on Data Roaming.

Check Your Connection

Please confirm that the signal indicator is displayed

At this point, you should be able to connect to the internet in the countries covered by your purchased data plan.
